Eric Garson has had a deep engagement with the piano in all its aspects for his entire professional life. After an early apprenticeship as a tuner and technician at the Dietmann Piano Factory and retail experience at Schindhelm Piano Showrooms in Cape Town, he continued to extend his expertise in the king of instruments in schools and universities across the Cape Province and then in Central London.
He set up B Sharp Pianos, in its characterful north London showroom, to bring that combination of experience and expertise – buying, selling, maintaining, tuning and restoring an extraordinarily wide range of new and used pianos – to private pianists and institutional clients across the capital.
